Market Intel AI collects demo request details, workspace account information, organization inputs, competitor lists, report prompts, generated reports, team member records, and billing status needed to operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to respond to demo requests, generate and store business intelligence reports, manage organizations and teams, enforce plan limits, provide PDF exports, and support billing through OxaPay.
AI and sources
Report generation may send the company, website, competitors, analyst-provided research URLs, and collected public source snippets to the configured AI provider. Users should avoid entering confidential or regulated data unless their organization has approved that use.
Payments
OxaPay processes crypto checkout and payment status. Market Intel AI stores payment metadata such as plan, amount, status, order id, and provider response details; it does not ask for or store private wallet keys.
Security
Production deployments are designed for Cloudflare Access authentication, D1 persistence, encrypted billing provider secrets, signed OxaPay webhooks, and role-based workspace controls.
