Use of the service
Market Intel AI helps teams generate business intelligence reports from company names, websites, competitors, and source materials. Users are responsible for the information they submit and for reviewing reports before relying on them.
Report output
AI-generated reports may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Reports are decision-support materials, not legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice.
Workspace access
Workspace owners and admins control team membership, roles, organizations, report history, billing settings, and exports. Users should keep account access secure and remove inactive team members promptly.
Billing
Paid report generation can require confirmed OxaPay payment before reports are generated. Plan pricing, currency, sandbox or live mode, and the merchant API key are managed by workspace admins in Settings.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Market Intel AI to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, attack services, bypass access controls, or submit data they are not authorized to process.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product, billing flow, AI provider configuration, or deployment model evolves. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
